gnulib-tool: Avoid stderr output on IRIX related to 'alias', 'unalias'.
* gnulib-tool: Use stderr redirection around the 'alias' and 'unalias'
commands, because some shells ignore redirections when there is an
error in the command lookup.
Reported by Eric Blake.
