ftoastr: don't assume snprintf
* lib/ftoastr.c (snprintf) [! GNULIB_SNPRINTF_POSIX]:
Implement a subset of snprintf here, by using sprintf safely.
* modules/ftoastr (Depends-on): Remove snprintf.
