(ISSLASH): Define. (BACKSLASH_IS_PATH_SEPARATOR): Define. (dir_name) [BACKSLASH_IS_PATH_SEPARATOR]: Handle the case in which both `\' and `/' may be use as path separators. Based on a patch from Prashant TR.
