linkat: support Linux 2.6.17 * m4/linkat.m4 (gl_FUNC_LINKAT): Default to always replacing linkat on Linux, but allow cache variable override. * lib/linkat.c (rpl_linkat): Define override. * modules/linkat (Depends-on): Add symlinkat. * m4/unistd_h.m4 (gl_UNISTD_H_DEFAULTS): Add new default. * modules/unistd (Makefile.am): Substitute it. * lib/unistd.in.h (linkat): Declare replacement.
