Fix warnings from gcc -W -Wall (__attribute__): Define. (ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED): Define. (yyerror): Mark parameter as unused with ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED. (MonthDayTable): Add initializers for last entry. (UnitsTable): Likewise. (OtherTable): Likewise. (MilitaryTable): Likewise.
