localename: port gl_locale_name_thread_unsafe to FreeBSD * lib/localename.c (gl_locale_name_thread_unsafe): Port to FreeBSD, and use the simpler FreeBSD implementation on Mac OS X as well. Original idea suggested by Ed Maste in <http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2012-09/msg00094.html>.
