sigpipe-die: use stdnoreturn.h
* lib/sigpipe-die.h: Include <stdnoreturn.h>.
(_GL_ATTRIBUTE_NORETURN): Remove; all uses replaced with noreturn.
* modules/sigpipe-die (Depends-on): Add stdnoreturn.
