Require AC_SYS_POSIX_TERMIOS, not AM_SYS_POSIX_TERMIOS.
Reported by mkc@mathdogs.com.
Also change use of $am_cv_sys_posix_termios
to $ac_cv_sys_posix_termios. Reported by Andreas Schwab.
