doc: omit mention of version when not needed * doc/gnulib-intro.texi (Portability and Application Code): * doc/gnulib.texi (Brief Overview, Legacy Function Substitutes): Don't mention particular dates or versions when not necessary, so that the documentation won't go out of date so quickly.
