unicodeio: depend on stdio, not ignore-value
* lib/unicodeio.c: Do not include ignore-value.h.
(fwrite_success_callback): Use plain fwrite, not ignore_value + fwrite.
* modules/unicodeio (Depends-on): Depend on stdio, not ignore-value.
