use octave-link instead of hooks for breakpoint set/clear functions * octave-main-thread.cc (dbstop_hook_fcn, dbclear_hook_fcn): Delete. (octave_main_thread::run): Don't install callback functions for debugging breakpoint functions. * debug.cc (dbstop_hook_functions, dbclear_hook_functions): Delete. (Fadd_dbstop_hook, Fremove_dbstop_hook, Fadd_dbclear_hook, Fremove_dbclear_hook): Delete. (bp_table::do_add_breakpoint, bp_table::do_remove_breakpoint, bp_table::do_remove_all_breakpoints_in_file): Use octave_link instead of calling hook functions.
