test-fsync: enhance tests
This test failed to compile on mingw, which lacks ENOTSUP. Furthermore,
it wasn't testing POSIX behavior on invalid fds.
* modules/fsync-tests (Depends-on): Add errno, for mingw.
* tests/test-fsync.c (main): Enhance test.
