Extend gl_MATHFUNC.
* m4/mathfunc.m4 (gl_MATHFUNC): Accept an 4th parameter of INCLUDES.
Support 'void' as argument type.
* m4/rint.m4 (gl_FUNC_RINT): Update gl_MATHFUNC invocation.
