modff: Drop assumption about library that defines modff.
* m4/modff.m4 (gl_FUNC_MODFF): Use gl_MATHFUNC macro instead of
AC_CHECK_FUNCS.
* modules/modff (Files): Add m4/mathfunc.m4.
