isfinite: Avoid compiler bug of "cc -O" on HP-UX 11.11.
* lib/isfinite.c (zerof, zerod, zerol): New variables.
(gl_isfinitef, gl_isfinited, gl_isfinitel): Use them instead of literal
zero.
