Implement guidata/guihandles.
* graphics.h.in (figure::properties::__guidata__): New hidden property.
* plot/modules.mk (plot_FCN_FILES): Add guidata.m and guihandles.m.
* plot/guidata.m: New file.
* plot/guihandles.m: Likewise.
