doc: Remove documentation references to deprecated functions cut() and polyderiv()
* poly.txi: Remove DOCSTRING for polyderiv().
* stats.txi: Remove DOCSTRING for cut().
* compan.m, deconv.m, mpoles.m, polygcd.m, polyint.m,
polyout.m, polyreduce.m, polyval.m, polyvalm.m, residue.m:
Remove @seealso reference to polyderiv().
