Replace instances of deprecated Array constructor in FFTPACK-related code. * dNDArray.cc (fourier, ifourier, fourier2d, ifourier2d, fourierNd, ifourierNd): Use Array constructor with dim_vector input. * fNDArray.cc (fourier, ifourier, fourier2d, ifourier2d, fourierNd, ifourierNd): Use Array constructor with dim_vector input. * fCNDArray.cc (fourier, ifourier, fourier2d, ifourier2d, fourierNd, ifourierNd): Use Array constructor with dim_vector input.
