create correct version links in build tree
* src/module.mk (OCTAVE_INTERPRETER_TARGETS): Include
$(OCTAVE_VERSION_LINKS) in the list.
(src/octave-cli-$(version)$(EXEEXT),
src/octave-gui-$(version)$(EXEEXT)): Use file name only as target of
the link.
