Redo docstring to make it more modern. * libinterp/interpfcn/sysdep.cc(kbhit): Add seealso link to input. Add second calling form of kbhit to documentation.

There are binary packages for Debian, Fedora, and other GNU/Linux
distributions.

Octave should build cleanly from source on most GNU/Linux systems.
