Postfix increment and decrement operations in JIT
* jit-typeinfo.cc (jit_typeinfo::jit_typeinfo): Initialize copy operation.
* jit-typeinfo.h (jit_typeinfo::copy): New function.
* pt-jit.cc (jit_convert::visit_postfix_expression): Implement for ++ and --.
