Avoid shadowing warning and compile errors on Linux.
* tests/test-quotearg.c [ENABLE_NLS]: Disable <libintl.h>
forwarding macros on Linux.
(dcgettext): Define a stub, for Linux.
(results_g, main): Avoid warnings.
