avoid shadowed variable warnings from GCC
* CMatrix.cc (ComplexMatrix::utsolve, ComplexMatrix::ltsolve):
Eliminate shadowed variable declarations.
* dMatrix.cc (Matrix::utsolve, Matrix::ltsolve):
Avoid shadowed variable declarations.
* fCMatrix.cc (FloatComplexMatrix::utsolve,
